Order Policy

Minimum order total is $20.00. Accepted forms of payment are Visa & Mastercard. Texas residents are subject to state sales tax.

Shipments are limited to the continental United States. All orders receive free ground shipping via UPS or USPS. You can expect to receive your shipment within 1 to 5 business days. Orders may be expedited by special request with an added charge for shipping via UPS Air.

Returns and Exchanges

To return an item, it must be in its original package, in saleable condition, and posted for return to Amp Lures within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.  Items may also be exchanged, with the original item's cost applied to the exchange order. Shipping and taxes are not refundable.

Please include the reason for return or exchange, as well as your contact information, a copy of the invoice, and the order number. If an item is to be exchanged, please specify the replacement item(s) by item number.

Amp Lures cannot provide refunds on items received in damaged condition or lost due to shipping. Please ship your returns or exchanges using a tracking number. Amp Lures recommends shipping via UPS, which automatically insures packages up to $100.00. You may also ship via the United States Post Office, insuring the package yourself.

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to process your returns.
